Shipping:
Currently we ship to the US & Canada. Please see "International Shipments" below if you live outside the US & Canada.
We are currently online only. We do not allow for customers to pick up items from us (in Utah County) with the exception of InkStaks by local customers. Please email orders@stamperstorage.com to arrange a pick up time.
We ship via UPS and USPS. InkStaks are shipped only via UPS unless you are in HI, AK, or overseas.
Our shipping rates depend on the current UPS and USPS rates. We prefer to ship UPS Ground because they provide us with a tracking number and up to $100 in insurance at no additional cost to our customers. In the event that a package becomes lost or misdirected we can easily track it with UPS.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all product orders (with the exception of InkStaks) over $85.00. Please remember that free shipping may be slower than regular shipping.
International shipments:
We do ship InkStaks internationally and have shipped as far as Germany! If you would like to purchase other items internationally, please email us for a shipping quote and to make arrangements. You are responsible to take care of ALL customs and duties taxes.

Returns:
Did you receive your item and change your mind?
Returns are accepted if you notify us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We charge a 15% restocking fee. Please pack the items securely and mail back to Stamper Storage at your cost. You may want to ship with a tracking number & insurance. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please send your returns to the following address:
