... aka the FAQ's...

 

Please note the following important information: 

*  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order.  PayPal is the merchant we use to process credit cards.   Simply place your order and follow through to PayPal.  If you do not have an account please click "Do not have a PayPal account" and follow PayPal's instructions for paying with your credit card.

*  All items from The Original Scrapbox company ship directly from the manufacturer.  Continental US deliveries - please allow a minimum of 7-14 days for delivery.  International deliveries - please allow 14+ days depending on location.
 
Finish on InkStaks:

Our InkStaks are made from solid white pine and not MDF (as you may see in other cheaper, knock offs).  Because we use REAL wood, you can paint OR stain your Stak to match the decor of your creative space.
 
Please note that all InkStaks are shipped UNFINISHED.  Our InkStaks are built as ordered and are sanded and ready for you to finish (final sanding, painting or staining) to match the decor of your creative space.  We can finish your InkStak for you upon special request during warmer months.  Your InkStak will take approximately 1-3 weeks longer to ship (depending on humidity).  Please email us for a quote and for available finishes.

 Taxes:

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all goods shipped to Colorado customers.

Lost/Damaged Items (by shipping provider):

Every once in a while UPS or USPS (US Postal Service) will lose or damage a package. Please give you package ample shipping time. If it has been 20 days since you received the email that your order has shipped or you receive you order damaged please contact us at erin@stamperstorage.com or brent@stamperstorage.com

Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item please contact us immediately. Please mail the item back to us so that we can inspect it and possibly return it to the manufacturer. Items that break due to misuse will not be exchanged.

We will ship out a replacement as soon as possible. (Defective items will be given exchanges, no refunds.)

Backorders:

Items that show “out of stock” will not show up in your shopping cart.

Waitlist:

When an item is out of stock you will see the word waitlist under the price of the item. If you wish to be added to the waitlist click this link and fill out the information. When the item is back in stock you will receive an email to let you know it’s back in stock.

Pre-Orders:

From time to time, we may have pre-orders available at a discounted price. Generally we take pre-orders for products before they are released to the general public. Sometimes you may place your order and wait up to 30 days. This wait is due to waiting on shipping from the manufacturer. Sometimes the manufacturer may have delays in production and our estimated wait time may be longer. We fill our Pre-Orders as expediently as possible.
